MEDA's 2013 gender intern in Ghana, Jessica Adach, shares what she has learned about and contributed to MEDA's Greater Rural Opportunities for Women (GROW) project. Jessica also reflects on the highlights of her nine-month Ghanaian experience and what MEDA now means to her since she has returned home.
